Shipping

Every order ships free within the United States.

Timing

Your ritual is performed within 1–3 business days of your order (within 24 hours with Priority charging). Your necklace then ships by USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 2–5 business days.

Tracking

As soon as your wings ship, a tracking link is sent to the email you used at checkout.

Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can re-send it once you cover the new postage.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & refunds

Each necklace is cleansed and charged with a spell made personally for you, using your name and your wish. Because the ritual is a personalized service performed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. That said, please reach out for any reason. I'll always do my best to take care of you and find a way to meet your needs.

Damaged, defective or lost

If your necklace arrives damaged or broken, or your package is lost in the mail, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Just email us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost package) with your order number and a photo of the damage.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Privacy

Your wish is sacred, and so is your information.

What we collect

• Your order details: name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. Payment is handled securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see your full card number.
• Your wish note, including the name and date of birth you share for your ritual.
• Reviews you choose to submit.
• Basic browsing information collected by cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, which helps us understand visits and measure our ads.

How we use it

To perform your ritual, send your spell report and tracking, ship your order, answer your messages, and improve our shop and ads. Your wish note is read only by me and used only for your ritual. It is never published, sold or shared.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help run the shop: Shopify (orders and payments), USPS (shipping), Cloudflare (website hosting and reviews), Google (email) and Meta (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel). We never sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info.seraphiette@gmail.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which we honor on request. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings, or through your Meta ad preferences.

Age

Our shop is meant for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

What we offer

Seraphiette sells angel wing jewelry along with spiritual rituals, spell work and written spell reports. These are offered for personal, spiritual and entertainment purposes.

No guarantees

Spiritual work is personal and its effects can't be measured or promised. We don't guarantee any specific outcome, and results vary from person to person. Testimonials reflect individual experiences.

Nothing we provide is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Please seek professional help for health, legal or financial matters.

Good intentions only

We practice white magic only. We don't cast spells meant to harm, control or influence another person against their will, and we may decline or refund any request we're not comfortable with.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Our returns policy above is part of these terms.

Jewelry care

Our necklaces are fashion jewelry. Keep them dry and away from perfume, lotion and water to protect the finish. Not suitable for young children.
